Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Experience range: 4+-6 Yearsย
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Assistant / HR Operations Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on HR data migration and employee query management, ensuring seamless HR operations. This position is strictly administrative and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data migration from one HRIS system to another, ensuring accuracy and completeness of HR data.
- Handle employee query tickets, providing timely and efficient responses to HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support HR operations with administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR teams across UK and Europe regions to ensure alignment and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR data migration and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with UK or Europe regions is required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR administration.
