Senior HVAC Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, experience with installation, maintenance, and repair, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to meet the needs of our clients and customer base. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing effective and timely solutions. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Adhere to local and federal safety regulations and industry standards. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Qualifications: • Experience:5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related role. • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification is preferred. • Licenses/Certifications:EPA 608 Universal Certification required; additional certifications are a plus. • Skills: • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. • Familiar with HVAC tools, equipment, and technology. • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Physical Requirements:Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions.
