YOUR ROLE

Utilizing your excellence in project management, change management, communication, organization, and people influence, you would be responsible for leading and coordinating project management activities for large, complex programs. These projects will be both business and IT-specific implementations, requiring appropriate project methodologies (Agile Scrum, SDLC, LEAN) while ensuring all projects are delivered in adherence with established project management standards and on-time delivery. This position would be working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Team Leads, providing feedback and reporting out project statuses to Senior Leaders and Directors within CareScout. The candidate should be prepared to lead up to four agile teams simultaneously.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING• Interface directly with IT technical leaders and external delivery partners to develop program schedules, resource plans, and technical execution approaches-lead the IT and cross-functional business implementation approach.• Lead project reviews, communicate project status, and escalate risks and issues to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.• Lead continuous improvement and process reengineering project efforts where business needs are identified.• Proactively identify gaps in project requirements, resources, meetings which are missing critical subject matter experts, and interdependent teams before issues arise.• Lead/Manage all Scrum ceremonies

WHAT YOU BRING• Minimum 6 years of focused project management experience and program management• Minimum of 6 years of IT project implementation experience• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university• Proven experience with Agile project delivery• Management of QA teams• Must have the desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process, and product quality.• Agile Scrum Certification (CRM): Scrum Master, Product Owner• Experience in Insurance/Care Providing Industries
