Senior Lead HVAC Technician

Proventure is seeking an experienced Senior-Lead HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, oversee, and mentor staff on the most technical and complex HVAC tickets for both commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting and servicing both commercial and residential HVAC units, as well as leading and mentoring fellow technicians. Qualified candidates will meet the following: Responsibilities: • Serve as lead technician assisting in overseeing and troubleshooting complex HVAC/evaporative cooler repair and replacement • Maintain strong relationships with core clients through prompt responses to service requests and escalated issues. • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on-site, addressing complex issues as they arise. • Assist in mentoring HVAC technicians as the lead technician. • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance • Collaborate with management to assisting to develop training programs for staff on new technologies • Assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services and effective costs. • Collaborate with various internal departments and management towards overall business goals and initiatives. Requirements: • Completion of trade program, technical school, certifications or related field experience • 3 + years of commercial HVAC technician service experience • 3 + years of residential HVAC technician service experience • 2 + years experience as lead technician. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel • Excellent customer service skills • Clear and Professional Communication; both written and verbal • Ability to multi-task while always keeping attention to detail Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Compensation: $62.00 – $77.80 per hour + bonus & an excellent Benefits package Qualified Candidates:Please submit your resume for consideration.
