JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Management of the reporting team and related processes in order to achieve the business objectives
• Monitoring all the activities handled by the assigned team in order to facilitate and ensure their achievement at an expected qualitative level
• Efficient management of requests received from the client, in accordance with the specifications and deadlines established with the client, as well as in accordance with the internal business needs
• Partners with clients to meet and exceed business objectives

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

LEVEL OF STUDIES:

University degree or equivalent relevant experience

Post university studies in Management would be a plus

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Black Belt certification and / or project management certification is an advantage

Exceptional knowledge of program administration and process improvement

Exceptional financial knowledge; advanced knowledge of industry and business in the field of IT&C

Advanced knowledge of business process planning

Computer skills, MS Office package required.

Foreign languages skills:

Advanced English language skills, written, reading and spoken

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of previous work experience, with 2-4 years exposure on managing teams

Experience of leading a project team with members from different functions, departments, organizations

Multi/ cross-regional experience
