As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partnership with AWS. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, generate demand, and foster strong collaboration between our company and AWS partners.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

Strategic Partnership Development:

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at AWS to ensure alignment with their business objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with the AWS team to identify joint marketing opportunities and create strategies that leverage the strengths of both organizations.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive awareness, consideration, and preference for our joint offerings with AWS.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, collateral, and events that resonate with target audiences.

Demand Generation:

• Drive demand generation efforts through innovative marketing campaigns, utilizing channels such as digital events, webinars, and content marketing with AWS.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation.

Collaboration and Enablement:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and partner success, to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
• Provide guidance and enablement to internal and partner teams to effectively communicate and promote joint value propositions.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the AWS partner marketing program. 
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate the impact of partner marketing activities on business objectives. 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
• 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry
• Strong understanding of AWS services and the cloud computing ecosystem
• Familiarity with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and a track record of successfully collaborating with AWS partners
• Experience in creating and maintaining effective partnerships that drive mutual success
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and partnership goals
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally 
• Ability to bring innovative and creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives, keeping the company at the forefront of the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
• Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
