Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities (As a Senior Product Designer you will):

• Innovative Design Leadership: Lead comprehensive design initiatives for our ML products establishing a cohesive design language and standards while focusing on crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• User Research and Feedback Integration: Conduct in-depth user research and collaborate directly with customers to integrate their insights into our design process ensuring our ML interfaces are continually refined to meet user needs.

• Prototyping and Communication: Ability to design end-to-end flows and deliver polished high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts showcasing the potential of our ML technologies to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Foundational Design Work: Establish and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency usability and scalability across our product suite.

• Strategic Collaboration: Play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of our innovative ML products by closely collaborating across departments to ensure design efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making process.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Experience: At least 4 years of product design experience with a focus on designing complex software applications. Prior work in tech or ML spaces is highly advantageous.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in UI/UX best practices design thinking and the creation of engaging user interfaces and experiences.

• Design Tool Mastery: Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch and Adobe XD. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Strategic Contribution: An interest in contributing to the broader vision and strategy of the product and the company bringing a design perspective to strategic discussions and decisions.

• Communication Skills: Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptability: The ability to build in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty.
