About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Riskified talent team. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and the employer brand team to meet our hiring objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the tech industry and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various positions.
  • Manage the recruitment process for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and practices.
  • Make decisions based on data and leverage insights to improve processes.
  • Implement sourcing strategies that meet the organization's quality, cost, and timing requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external sources and stay updated on industry sourcing trends (including social media).
  • Lead projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers regarding the recruitment process.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including planning events to promote Riskified as an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within high-tech companies
  • Proven experience managing validity for job roles across various functions, including Tech, Go-to-Market, HR, Finance, and Executive levels.
  • Global recruitment experience with a track record of hiring for roles in different locations
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, using insights to improve and optimize processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process that reflects Riskified’s values.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to be proactive and motivated to achieve the goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at both the strategic planning and detailed execution levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (native level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with employer branding and project leadership - an advantage.
