THE OPPORTUNITY
Wavicle is hiring a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive who has a proven track record prospecting and closing new logos within an IT consulting organization. A successful Senior Sales Executive will have success prospecting in Healthcare, Manufacturing or Insurance organizations, understanding their business challenges and and selling Data & Analytic consulting services to solve for that business challenge.
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
- Research and understand your target account business problems and create the appropriate messaging to identify with the account leaders.
- Identify client opportunities through various channels: partner alliances, network, existing relationships and outbound prospecting – Hunter mentality.
- Work with the client on shaping the sales solution to solve business problems.
- Qualify client opportunities and drive the opportunity through the full sales cycle.
- Respond to RFP/RFIs and build successful proposals positioned to win the client business.
- Build strong customer relationships with new net clients and existing client IT & business leaders (Director, VP, CxO).
- Coordinate the pursuit team and drive the team to the finish line in understanding the client problem, proposing the Wavicle solution and delivering a proposal that will allow client and Wavicle to be successful.
- Work with client and company legal to work through contract negotiations.
- Ability to negotiate and close business to meet annual sales objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 5+ years of professional work experience selling Data & Analytic consulting solutions is required.
- IT consulting sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives ($4M annually).
- Strong industry network in 1 or more of the following industries (Healthcare (Payer/Life Sciences), Insurance (P&C), Manufacturing or Retail/CPG) is required.
- Strong ability to prospect, to identify new opportunities in both new and existing accounts – network & hustle.
- Identify new opportunities and manage both activities and pipeline using Wavicle process and CRM.
- Demonstrate the ability to think outside of the box on how to differentiate yourself and Wavicle.
- Excellent organization skills and time management skills. Must be detail-oriented, follows a rigorous sales process, and the ability to manage and forecast accurately are critical.
- Strong multi-tasker and strong follow through are essential.
- Strong oral and verbal communication / presentation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Remote opportunity to support national clients. Travel as required for the role.
