As a Senior Scrum Master, you will help to establish a high-performing team dynamic, a continuous flow, and an exponential improvement in processes by following Agile practices religiously.

What You'll Do:

• Delivery and Continuous Improvement: They must facilitate Agile and Scrum practices, coaching the team to adhere to these methodologies
• Refining and Producing Accurate Estimates: The Scrum Master leads the planning and estimation of work, in collaboration with the Product Owner and the team
• Collaboration and Communication: Serving as the linchpin between the technical team, Technical Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders, the Scrum Master ensures effective communication and alignment at every stage.
• Stand-ups: Facilitate daily stand-ups (or the daily scrum).
• Iteration/sprint planning meetings: Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub-task creation.
• Sprint reviews: Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
• Internal Consulting: Scrum masters should consult with team members and internal stakeholders on how best to work.
• Risk Mitigation: Actively managing risks and ensuring quality standards throughout the project lifecycle is a key aspect of this role
• Prioritize Manage: Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Reporting: Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to guide, motivate, and support teams to deliver high-quality work under tight schedules.
• Strong project coordination skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Knowledge of risk management processes, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to reflect on processes and practices, and make necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to coach teams in Agile principles and practices.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and IT operations.
• Working with Development Teams to achieve the Programme deliverables.
• Deep Understanding and Knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) and ability to apply them appropriately.
• You have the ability to handle unexpected situations and quickly implement solutions.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
