TEAM

We'll expand "mobility" not only for people but also for goods or information. As a mobility of goods, our project is going to provide innovative logistics services in Woven City, which is located in Susono, Shizuoka, by using delivery robots, smart devices and simulation technology. We believe that super-easy movements of goods can change our value and lifestyle. The operation management team is leading the service operation of our product. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a passionate and experienced service operation manager who can lead the service operation of our product with digital and physical touchpoints, and manage the service management team. And this position might be requested to change the working place from Tokyo to Susono. At least you have to go there frequently as a business trip. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead building and improving the service operation of our product in Woven City and the PoC (Proof of Concept) in the office（Woven Cityにおけるサービス運用やオフィスでの実証実験運用のための企画と改善を主導）
• Communicate the stakeholders (included in Toyota motor corporation and Toyota group companies)（トヨタ自動車株式会社およびトヨタグループ会社を含む関係とのコミュニケーション）
• Develop contracts, terms of use, manuals, and insurance for service operation in cooperation with the related departments from a risk management perspective（リスク管理の観点から関連部署と連携して、サービス運用のための契約、利用規約、マニュアル、保険を整備）
• Manage the schedule of the service deployment in Woven City（Woven Cityでのサービス展開の日程計画管理）
• Manage the operation management team（オペレーション管理チームを管理）

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience designing, launching, maintaining and improving service operation related to hardware（ハードウェアが関わるサービス運用の設計、立ち上げ、保守、改善における5年以上の実務経験）
• High ability communicating with project/product managers, engineers and operation staffs who have different background from yours（自分とは異なるバックグラウンドを持つプロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、運用スタッフとの高いコミュニケーション能力）
• High flexibility and adaptability for the frequent changing situations（頻繁に変化する状況に対する柔軟性と対応力）
• Business level English and Japanese（ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力）

NICE TO HAVES:

• Hands-on experience improving the manufacturing process in factories through work observation（工場の製造工程における作業観察を通じた改善の実務経験）
• Hands-on experience to train and manage site staffs for service operations（サービス運営の現場スタッフのトレーニングや管理をした実務経験）
• Hands-on experience developing contracts, terms of use, and manuals for service operations in cooperation with the Legal Department（法務部と連携し、サービス運用のための契約、利用規約、マニュアルを整備した実務経験）
• Domain knowledge in logistics or apartment management fields（物流分野やマンション管理分野における知識）
• Knowledge and experience about TPS (Toyota Production System) or Kaizen method（トヨタ生産方式や改善手法に関する知識と経験）
