About the role

As a Sr Mgr Legal you will be part of a highly accomplished diverse and experienced international legal team that will challenge you to think boldly and differently. We will count on you to thrive on working on challenging commercial issues where disruptive technology innovations require creative and proactive contract solutions. Along the way you will get to:

• Advise internal clients (e.g. sales finance operations marketing and service delivery teams) on financial risk in commercial transactions complex agreements approval processes company policies and procedures intellectual property related issues negotiating strategy compliance with company requirements and customer and partner contract reviews

• Draft review revise and negotiate contracts (e.g. master/framework agreements and related amendments and addenda and statements of work)

• Summarize and communicate contract concepts and make recommendations teammates can clearly understand and act upon

• Assist with legal research and special projects including managing commercial relationships mergers and acquisitions support compliance training and pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries (e.g. develop contract training materials; improve tools templates and processes and provide training on business terms and solutions and company contracting policies)

What we’re looking for

• JD preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a large technology company or law firm

• Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role

• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g. Finance Operations Sales IT) to set objectives and produce meaningful results
