Purpose:

Use your creative and innovative mentality to develop strategies and annual brand plans to help guide efforts across multiple channels and functions within the organization to grow brand awareness and recommendation and promote new products in the marketplace!
With mentorship from the Director Brizo Brand Management, you will lead and collaborate with agency and internal partners including digital marketing manager, product marketing, industrial design, and channel marketing to deliver a differentiated brand experience and to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Leads inter-agency and cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives by delivering brand-building annual marketing plans including PR, media and product launch activations
- Leads brand building activities including brand campaigns, video & collateral
- Protects brand integrity by ensuring brand touchpoints are consistent with overarching brand strategies and standards through creative reviews (i.e. brand guideline management and enforcement, brand content & messaging strategy and development, Brizo.com digital style guide, etc)
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new collections and product launches. Liaison with the industrial design, product and channel teams to build overall strategy to develop messaging and campaigns
- Integral role in the development and strategy of brand building events and trade shows
- Assists with agency SOW development and serves a day-to-day point of contact with creative and media agencies
- Partners with Finance on all aspects of budget management including forecasting, budget tracking, and ensuring timely vendor payment
- Develop and track brand metrics and key performance indicators
- Managerial responsibilities to develop direct reports and maintain a hard-working team
Education & Experience:
- B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related business field and 5 to 7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous public relations and social media marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with agencies and vendors, including drafting creative briefs, negotiating fees, and handling feedback preferred.
- Highly developed communication and creative writing skills preferred.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other design software a plus.
- Previous luxury brand or fashion experience or passion a plus.
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills
- Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems
- Experience in utilizing continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.
Other Considerations
- This role will require 20% travel, predominantly domestic.
