Sr. Product Manager - JA Labs (Lean Startup, Experimentation)

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for JustAnswer Labs you will lead the ideation creation and launch of innovative products that delight our customers and unlock JustAnswer’s next $100M+ business opportunity. In this role you’ll blend cutting-edge Generative AI with human expertise to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. You are adept at driving cross-functional teams to execute on a compelling product vision leveraging a lean start-up mindset to validate ideas quickly in a dynamic high-growth environment. Your mission is to expand our core capabilities unlock new revenue streams and drive measurable success aligned with key business performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the ideation prioritization technical development and successful launch of innovative tools platforms and products.

• Drive new product initiatives by blending Generative AI and human capabilities to solve complex customer challenges and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Apply lean start-up principles and agile practices to rapidly validate ideas and iterate toward product-market fit.

• Leverage AI-driven data insights usability studies qualitative analysis and primary/secondary research to define clear product requirements.

• Define and deliver MVPs scalable features and product enhancements that maximize impact and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales data teams engineering and potential customers to uncover market opportunities and solve meaningful problems.

• Define track and analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and measure business success.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of delivering innovative first-generation products ideally in the AI or data space.

• Strong collaborator with a lean start-up mindset balancing creativity speed and rigor in fast-paced ambiguous environments.

• Experience leveraging Generative AI or advanced tools to elevate user experiences with 4+ years of product management in web/mobile applications (B2B or AI experience a plus).

• Skilled in identifying customer needs driving data-driven decisions A/B testing and rapid experimentation.

• Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Design Thinking principles; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Collaboration & Communication

• Effective working independently or across teams promoting co-creation and managing priorities seamlessly.

• Exceptional communicator who translates complex AI concepts into clear actionable insights and aligns stakeholders effectively.

Leadership

• Results-driven leader with strong project management skills and a focus on ownership accountability and team motivation.

• Strategic planner adept at executing short-and long-term goals while building high-performing empowered teams.
