The Associate Site Merchandiser is responsible for the planning and execution of all website promotions to support the marketing goals for the Harry David brand's ecommerce business objectives.

The individual plays a key role in delivering ecommerce business results within their area of responsibility.

In this role they partner with various stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns with a key focus on driving business results.

This position works closely with UX, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure marketing assets across the sites and platforms are planned and executed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the planning, development, and execution of digital programs and campaigns across the HD Brand's websites, including mobile and desktop properties.
• Work with team to develop and maintain analytic and campaign reporting to optimize the daily performance of content across the web sites.
• Supervises digital marketing specialists to execute and audit web promotions according to the promotional calendar. Teams duties include loading promotional content and creative, testing functionality and click path, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of plans
• In conjunction with merchandising and creative, make recommendations for new promotions and marketing campaigns based on analytics and market intelligence.
• Develop and manage SMS and Push campaigns in conjunction with seasonal Go-To-Market plans
• Conduct promotional and seasonal post-mortem analysis to inform future promotional plans
• Partner with Marketing and Merchandising in the creation of Go-To-Market plans for upcoming campaigns and seasons.
• Partner with UX and Merchandising to develop and implement a/b tests in order optimize and improve conversion.
• Partner with Digital merchandising to develop personalization campaigns in order optimize and improve conversion.
• Collaborates with IT, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative Services, UX, Customer Service and various other groups within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of digital merchandising or marketing experience, preferably with an online focus for a multi-channel retailer
• 1+ years of experience working with a web analytics package (Google Analytics, Omniture, or equivalent).
• Strong web analytical skills
• 1+ years experience with the following: Content Management systems, personalization or CDP platforms, A/B testing
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
• The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.
• The ability to use and understand financial and numerical data to make decisions and influence outcomes.
• Exhibit professional initiative and entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Strong presentation skills required. Must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people and with all levels of management.
