Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in PoznaΕ we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Subject Matter Expert - Accounts Payable
PoznaΕ,Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Identify areas within the Accounts Payable (AP) processes that require enhancements
- Develop and prepare metrics and reports to track AP performance
- Support the AP team in resolving complex issues
- Conduct training sessions for the AP team
- Participate in system testing for new implementations and upgrades
- Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist the manager
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function
- Look for automation possibilities within AP processes
Our requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance (AP, AR or GL)
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
- Practical knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills ( eg. Macros, Pivot tables, SAP Scripts)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and execute tasks independently
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of MS Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
- Other European language skills
