The result is a stress-free and efficient process. Responsibilities; • Lesson Creation & Implementation:Ability to implement lesson plans with fidelity and an attention to detail. Depending on assignment, lesson planning and grading may be required. • Classroom Management:Foster a positive learning environment by establishing classroom rules, setting up structures, and building strong relationships with students. • Record-Tracking:Support lead teachers with accurate attendance records, student progress monitoring, and detailed reports on any incidents or concerns that arose throughout the day. Requirements; • Education:A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university is required. CA Credential or Emergency 30-day Substitute Permit is a plus. • Experience: Prior experience teaching, tutoring, and/or supervising grade school students is required. Lesson planning experience is a plus. • Flexibility:Strong ability to adjust and pivot as needed to meet the needs of a diverse population of students and partner schools. • Values Driven:Seeking educators committed to supporting student attainment of educational excellence through the mastery of grade-level competencies.
