The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for building relationships with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction with IBM’s TAO services. They will proactively engage with their clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demand ensuring robust hiring strategies exist to drive the success of the function. Working as their Trusted Advisor the Talent Acquisition Partner will develop an in-depth knowledge of the talent requirements of the Hiring Manager’s technical needs and be able to consult on relevant industry/sector and market talent insights which impact delivery. The TAP will share recruitment delivery updates and identify opportunities for simplification innovation and continuous improvement in delivery using data to support and back up client discussions. The TAP will have the ability to foresee and react to potential delivery challenges before they adversely impact client satisfaction. Whilst the TAP will oversee all recruitment activity within their area they will also manage an individual requisition load (typically for niche hard-to-fill strategic or high-profile roles). The TAP will define develop plan and implement recruiting strategies to be able to present qualified candidate short-lists to the Hiring Manager. This role requires both client and project management experience to meet client satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role kickoff to offer and medical checks. Serve as an IBM brand ambassador for TAO services representing the company professionally with client stakeholders. Partner with Hiring Managers and client leadership to understand hiring forecasts and translate them into actionable recruitment plans. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business culture and industry sector to deliver tailored hiring strategies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on requisition status delivery performance and market insights. Lead role discovery meetings with Hiring Managers and recruiters to align on expectations timelines and sourcing strategies. Advise on talent availability and market conditions that may impact recruitment timelines. Collaborate with IBM’s Sourcing Science team to design and execute effective sourcing campaigns. Support the shortlist presentation of qualified candidates when required. Analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices across the account team. Achieve weekly monthly and quarterly performance goals and revenue targets set by management. Lead client meetings and represent the TAO service to stakeholders. Ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to strong NPS scores testimonials and case studies.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in recruitment including full-cycle and sourcing functions. Proven client management experience within Talent Acquisition working with diverse stakeholder groups. Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics tools and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work on-site in Queretaro multiple times per week. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). Willingness to travel if required.
