In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an SAP Treasury (TR) Team Leader you will lead the design implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions for our clients. Acting as both a functional expert and delivery leader you will ensure that treasury processes are efficiently digitalized and integrated within the overall finance transformation journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle implementations and enhancements of SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management In-House Cash Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Financial Risk Management.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants coordinating delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with finance accounting and IT teams to integrate SAP TRM with FI/CO S/4HANA and external banking systems.
- Support treasury transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Fiori applications.
- Conduct workshops solution design sessions and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales and proposal activities providing solution expertise and estimation inputs.
- Proven experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
- In-depth knowledge of Cash Management Liquidity Planning In-House Cash and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
- Integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO S/4HANA and external banking interfaces (SWIFT BCM EBICS etc.).
- Demonstrated team leadership and client management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Fiori Treasury Apps.
- SAP certification in Treasury and Risk Management.
- Exposure to corporate finance liquidity management or banking operations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
