Job Description• Supervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to Switchboard, Mail Services, Print, Records, Shipping, Receiving.• Supervise and cross-train staff / activities• Ensure complete customer satisfaction via well trained staff, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services, cross-training.• Complete multiple projects at one time• Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.• Take direction from manager• Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.• Operating mailing, copy or fax equipment• Shipping & Receiving• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude• Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned
