What You Will Do :

The Transformation Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client providing expert guidance on a worldwide modernization effort. This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps implementation plans and best practices for rolling out an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

• Advise the client on IWMS capabilities configuration options and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.

• Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of IWMS modules.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

• Lead or assist in the configuration of IWMS modules ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

• Oversee data migration system testing and validation activities.

• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of IWMS functionalities.

• Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.

• Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.

What You Will Need :

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance

• High School Diploma

• FIFTEEN (15) years of consulting experience including TEN (10) years of experience implementing IWMS

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Experience working with Federal Government agencies

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Demonstrated experience engaging in strategic conversations with customers at senior leadership level

• Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate systems implementation

• Background/experience in facilities management real property and/or asset management

• Experience presenting communications demos and trainings related to IWMS functionality

The annual salary range for this position is $149000.00-$248000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
