- 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required.
- Shift 7a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 4 days/week plus on call for nights, weekends and holidays
- 30 minute response time
- Job Requirements
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
- Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
- Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
- As of December 1st, 2023, a new edition was released. Traveler must complete with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted. Agency to grade and upload with % on top of first page along with traveler’s e-signature and date.
- Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
- Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.
- Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider.
