Travel Team Coordinator

Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management, is looking for a Travel Team Coordinator, to support our Corporate Travel Advisors. This position will require great customer support skills while assisting our travel agent population and completing tasks to ensure a smooth booking process for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Contacting hotels regarding virtual pay problems and discrepancies
• Generating and issuing itineraries, invoices, and confirmations via proprietary systems
• Learning GDS Systems to aid in support for basic commands and workflows
• Providing administrative assistance to the Travel Advisor team
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience within a travel environment or GDS knowledge a plus but not required
• 1-2 years administrative experience
• 1-2 years in a customer support, helpdesk or client facing role
• Great problem solver
• Expert Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility with schedule
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects or tasks
• Strong attention to detail
