The right person will have: • At least 5 years experience in construction and building trades, especially in the areas of trim and some light framing. • An excellent work ethic including promptness, honesty, cleanliness and flexibility • The desire become a long term member of a close-knit team • The drive and energy to move upward in pay and responsibilities • Reliable transportation • A location somewhat closer to the Beaches, as most of our work is located in the Beach area Typical Job description: • This is a working position...majority of time is spent working at job sites, a trim carpenter is ideal for this position • Participate in meetings with owners & subcontractors • Efficiently manage equipment, labor and materials • Quality control • Ensure the professional operation of the work site We will hire as an employee or a licensed and insured subcontractor.
