How will you make an impact?

The Vendor Compliance Specialist plays an important role in ensuring vendors meet the organization's compliance requirements. Through close collaboration with internal and external partners, this role is responsible for efficiently completing the supplier engagement process to ensure adherence to both product compliance and sustainability compliance matters. This individual plays a crucial role in maintaining high compliance standards across the supply chain by proactively supervising vendor adherence to regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

  • Complete the supplier engagement process for all matters linked to compliance, including Human Rights, Product compliance activity such as PFAS, and carbon footprint reporting from our supply base supporting CBAM.
  • Maintain sustainability data requirements, ensuring it is clear and updated for the Outreach team to comply timely with requests to connect with vendors.
  • Ensure communication tools are supervised and updated.
  • Communicate openly with team members and share frequently status to keep at the top of the details around the different projects / assignations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
  • Support other suppliers' reach-out activities that impact the company's reputation.

Education

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • High level of English language proficiency (verbal and written).

  • Clear communicator who maintains a high level of integrity with internal and external collaborators, able to structure ideas clearly and concisely with functional partners at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail.
