- Assist in the development and execution of web strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with content creators designers developers and stakeholders to support website updates enhancements and campaigns.
- Help analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar platforms.
- Support content audits SEO improvements and accessibility reviews.
- Stay current on web trends technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design Digital Media Communications Information Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal Adobe Experience Manager).
- Basic understanding of UX principles SEO and web accessibility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Experience with web analytics tools.
