Window Tint Specialist Manager

Job Summary We are opening a new location on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. We are going to be the highest volume tint shop in Jacksonville. We are looking for an individual that is very experienced with tint installation that has the desire and ability to manage a team of installers. Duties • Hiring and training of installers that work directly under you. • Perform window tinting on vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to flawless tint installation. • Utilize software for precise computer-cut tint designs. • Offer hand-cut patterns when necessary. • Work directly with owner on any possible improvements in customer satisfaction, work atmosphere, procedures, quality control, sales and marketing efforts Experience Candidates should possess experience in the following areas: • Window tinting techniques and best practices. • Management Join our team and contribute your skills to enhance the appearance and functionality of vehicles while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
