What we're looking for

• Have knowledge and technical experience in Zoom Collaboration technologies
• Have great experience in a customer-focused role, understanding customer communication requirements for enterprise business markets
• Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
• Have the ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
• Have the ability to create, present, and document technical solutions
• Have a basic understanding of DevOps with basic programming knowledge
