The Renewal Manager is a high-impact position responsible for owning and executing renewals for customers of Agility. The Renewal Manager is responsible for managing the Renewal Team to proactively extend customer contracts, shift customer spend towards highly valued services when appropriate, implement annual price increase strategy, lock in favorable terms with customers, and manage downgrades and cancellations. The Renewal Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum financial results for Agility while strengthening partnerships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities include achieving financial and strategic revenue targets, owning and executing win/win negotiation strategies for renewals, accurately maintaining a rolling forecast, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for upcoming renewals. Required Competencies include 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or other customer-facing roles, strong negotiation and process management skills, a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
