Farmers Business Network (FBN) is looking for a Systems Administrator to serve as a lead subject matter expert for FBN's enterprise software products. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in at least one of the following enterprise software products: Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Xactly, Workday. The role will support multiple systems and involve technical troubleshooting, providing tier 2 and/or tier 3 functional support for business users, managing security roles, access control, permission sets, user/system profiles, sharing rules, system/business process configuration, workflows, and groups. The Systems Administrator will also create and manage automations, maintain system environments, evaluate and install new system releases, and implement change management processes. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, and have 2-3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a similar environment.
