Additionally, you will partner with Wildfire to build out additional online dashboard capabilities to enhance our client Shop from its initial state, including scoping out the addition of Merchant Offers to the client’s shop Dashboard, to maximize marketing impact while optimizing capacity in delivery channels.You will partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams as well as a variety of other cross-functional stakeholders and business areas, including digital and operations teams, to ensure high integrity of the tracking data that will provide robust views into the customer experience and actions, and turning that data into actionable insights.Core ResponsibilitiesProviding insights into the customer’s online behavior for the client’s shop and the client’s travel, from initially setting up tracking tags (in Pega and/or Adobe Site Catalyst), synthesizing the data (in Tableau and/or Excel), and making recommendations on new and better marketing approachesPartnering with Analytics team to layer additional data (customer profiles, sales, revenue, etc.) Our trajectory is one of continuous expansion, emerging at the crossroads of cutting-edge analytics, data proficiency, technology, and digital marketing excellence.
