Process and provide timely, high quality conflict searches that meets or exceeds expectations, including the ability to work independently, resulting in minimal oversight and review points from the Conflicts Leads. Develop the ability to respond to correspondence from engagement teams, including anticipating and addressing engagement teams concerns and escalate issues as they arise. Send correspondence to the engagement teams regarding questions or data needed to perform a conflicts search, as instructed by the Conflicts Leads. Identify performance improvement opportunities.
