The People Solutions Coordinator will provide valuable support across various People functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity from compliance to our processes, and serve as a key point of contact for employee operational questions and/or concerns. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Solutions, and sits within the People Operations function, but will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition, People Relations, and Learning & Development functions.As the People Solutions Coordinator, you will:Support with compliance among various local, state, and federal requirementsComplete Form I-9 and other work authorization documents for US and Canada employeesAssist team members with employee immigration casesAssist with annual internal audits and external surveysComplete pre-employment tasks for US new hires, including background checksReviews all new hire data and ensures the integrity of all data entered.
