<strong><p> <ul><li>Manage daily requirements for key payroll audit tasks and reporting requirements including validation of all general ledger transactions that flow from payroll systems to our accounting platform<li> <li>Process payroll for 500600 total employees exempt and nonexempt in US biweekly and UKmonthly<li> <li>Reconcile all key payroll general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and book all required entries<li> <li>Weekly reconciliation of Payroll Cash transactions against the bank account<li> <li>Participate in the testing and development of enhanced internal controls inclusive of SarbanesOxley 404 and Pre and Postaudit reviews<li> <li>Provide backup support for the Sr Global Payroll Manager<li> <li>Special projects as assigned including UAT participation for new systems implementations<li> <li>Be able to work with HRIS platforms<li> <li>Adept at creating reports and gathering data into solutions and advisement<li> <ul><p><b><strong>Who You Are<strong><b><b><strong>Minimum Qualifications<strong><b> <p><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent<li> <li>5+ years Payroll Analyst and processing experience<li> <li>Must recognize the importance of handling highly confidential information excellent judgment and organization skills<li> <li>Understanding of payroll related regulations wage and hour laws IRS rules regarding supplemental wages legal guidelines for wage garnishments etc<li> <li> Ability to work in a fastpaced goaloriented teambased environment<li> <li>Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines<li> <li>Experience in payroll processing for exempt and nonexempt positions payroll conversionsimplementations<li> <li>Payroll system knowledge Paylocity preferred strong Excel skills
