Analyst candidate possesses the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease and strong decisionmaking skills <p> <p><strong>What Youll Get To Do<strong> <p> <ul><li>Work in a fastpaced queue environment to review highrisk signals transaction activity and account activity for merchant payment processing accounts <li> <li>Mitigate risk and fraud exposure through detailed merchant investigations by collecting and analyzing business account and applicant informationdocumentation <li> <li>Identify and flag developing fraud and risk trends <li> <li>Support risk operations team to review and resolve complex investigation escalations <li> <li>Support management with additional workflows as needed <li> <li>Support concurrence and approval of Risk Analyst decisions <li> <li>Provide feedback and solutions to help improve our risk workflows and to support our merchants with a seamless worldclass experience <li> <li>Partner with product engineering and other platform teams to improve overall Risk processes and products <li> <li>Maintain production and quality operational targets <li> <li>This position will have a schedule of Thursday Monday from 900AM 530PM PT <li> <li>Onboarding and training will be Monday Friday from 900AM 530PM PT <li> <ul><p><strong>Your Experience Should Include<strong> <p> <ul><li>4+ years working with risk within the payments or eCommerce industries <li> <li>4+ years working in the fraud or risk industry <li> <li>3+ years working in a queuebased environment or support environment <li> <li>Strong ability to make decisions on highpriority cases with large financial implications <li> <li>Demonstrate a customerfirst mentality <li> <li>Strong willingness to learn and expand fraud and credit risk knowledge <li> <li>Demonstrate strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the company <li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fastpaced work environment <li> <li>Ability to take initiative with minimal direction <li>
