As a leader of the firm, the Powered by Centri Manager I will demonstrate excellent project management skills, client service, and positive coaching to the team members in developing technical and professional competency.Core Responsibilities:Understand accounting concepts to allow for guidance of staff that relate to revenue recognition and balance sheet reporting.Explain the audit workbook process and changes made to help foster staff/senior growth.Understand accounting concepts when guiding the clients, work with client team on reviewing cash management reporting.Perform and lead all PBC concepts, including performing in depth variance analysis.Onboard new clients to the PBC platforms while continuing to be transition lead with oversight.Audit/tax prep lead in terms of facilitating process with outside CPA.Begin to perform budget/forecast related activities and build templates.Work with client on cash flow modeling.Review client tax returns before having client CFO/COO/CEO review to ensure all numbers tie out to QB.Identify more complex scope problems that may arise within the engagement, as well as opportunities for ancillary service offerings. The Powered by Centri Manager position has the primary responsibility of oversight over the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting engagement work plans.
