integration of the Sentinel launch infrastructure at locations to include Vandenberg AFB CA FE Warren AFB WY Malmstrom AFB MT and Minot AFB ND Sentinel is a vital US Air Force program that will recapitalize the nations aging groundbased leg of the nuclear triad the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile ICBM We invite you to join our team for this phenomenal opportunity to design execute assignments in support of engineering<li> <li>Interpret organize and coordinate assignments including exploration of the subject area definition of scope and may involve the development of novel concepts approaches and solutions<li> <li>Interface and coordinate software development and integrations between engineering procurement construction and the client<li> <li>Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and the client in the development of the Project Information in the shared digital engineering environment<li> <li>Review and approve key engineering automation documents and utilize broad knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines and functions within an Engineering Procurement and Construction project<li> <li>Provide supervision technical guidance and performance feedback to the team<li> <li>Provide crossfunctional coordination and methods of integration in alignment with Project Delivery Program including but not limited to 3D Model Development 4D Integrated Schedule Integrated Digital Environment IDE alignment 5D Integrated Cost and support the development of an innovative culture<li> <li>Maintain the Project Information Model within the Integrated Digital Environment including design models drawings and other nongraphical data<li> <li>Coordinate any formal or informal design model reviews with all key stakeholders<li> <li>Manage discipline work process execution and assure technical adequacy in accordance with procedures contract and industry codes and standards<li> <li>Build an inclusive team environment where all are able and expected to contribute to the maximum of their capabilities<li> <li>Demonstrate leadership qualities with emphasis on continuous improvement and team building and interpersonal communication skills<li> <li>Evaluate select and apply standard engineering methods techniques procedures and criteria using independent judgment with limited oversight<li> <li>Interface with the ultimate USAF clientcustomer for Northrop Grumman for technical issue studies resolutions and recommendations<li> <li>Review and approve key engineering documents related to the engineering automation discipline<li> <li>Coordinate procurement and management of engineering software licenses for the project<li> <li>Coordinate with ISampT regarding hardware and software requirements for the project<li> <li>Serve as an administrator and maintain the project BIM Content Library Standards Methods and Protocols<li> <li>Ensure data can be fully utilized by data customers as required<li> <li>Ensure data created on project is compliant with the project information standards and protocols and is compatible with the Integrated Digital Environment IDE<li> <li>Support the Subject Matter Experts SMEs in setting up the necessary application integration and data exchange requirements for the project<li> <li>Oversee and coordinate the details of applicable internal and external review data drops within the project team<li> <li>Review Lead DesignerContractor models to identify issues that could affect Engineering Procurement Construction and StartupTurnOver<li> <li>Work with the Project Functions to develop training plans for BIM tools and processes<li> <li>Extract model information for use by the Project team<li> <ul><p>RequiredDesired Skills Experience and Education <p> <li>Ability to obtain a US security clearance <li> <li>Experience in digital delivery of Engineering Procurement and Construction Projects and management of Project Information in a digital delivery environment<li> <li>Significant experience working within an Engineering Procurement and Construction EPC project with a strong understanding of crossfunctional EPC work processes and the applications used for project execution<li> <li>Excellent listening verbal communication written communication planning and organizational skills<li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the customer<li> <li>Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods <p>Knowledge of industryregulatory codes and standards and design andor layout criteria pertinent to the systems engineering discipline<p><li> <li>Specialized technical knowledge of engineering design modeling tools and processes<li> <li>Specialized technical knowledge of design model validation managersupervisor<li> <li>High School diploma or equivalent and 19 or more years of related design experience Associate of Arts or Science and 15 or more years of related experience or Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science from an accredited university and 13 or more years of related experience <li> <ul><p><strong>Desired Skills Education and Experience<strong> <p> <ul><li>Knowledge of customer corporate guides and standards<li> <li>Autodesk Certified Professional preferably Revit<li> <li>Significant experience with Engineering Procurement and Construction EPC projects BIM and digital delivery implementation on projects executed for DOE DOD or other similar government agencies<li> <li>Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit Civil 3D Navisworks Manage AutoCAD or other 4D BIM applications<li> <li>Extensive experience across the whole delivery cycle concept preliminary detailed design construction startup handover gained over more than one project and have specific experience in a BIMrelated role<li> <li>Facilityrelated experience including design development of nuclear or industrial process facilities data centers central utility plants or complex building mechanical systems<li> <li>Experience being responsible for engineering progress and performance reporting within a projectearned value management system and trending program<li>
