<p>At Invisible AI we are building the future of computer vision Our core focus is on developing an endtoend platform that can digitize the physical world to solve business problems Today our visual intelligence platform uses AIenabled cameras to analyze human body posture in realtime without streaming any video to the cloud Coming from the world of selfdriving cars the founders of Invisible AI have years of experience in building and deploying largescale machine learning pipelines<p> <p><br ><p> <p>As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer on our team in addition to pushing the boundaries of existing deep learning technologies you will be solving complex algorithmic challenges that deep learning alone cannot You will be working with a worldclass team of engineers to deploy a new wave of AI products that work outofthebox across domains without weeks or months of data collection<p> <p><br ><p> <p><b>Responsibilities<b> <p><ul><li>Designing and implementing tracking algorithms to improve performance of our computer vision pipeline in complex manufacturing environments<li> <li>Developing a new probabilistic model to track critical work in manufacturing facilities while ignoring daytoday variations <li> <li>Constraining the problem space creatively to develop a practical solution that can be deployed across facilities with very little fine tuning<li> <li>Using the temporal and consistent nature of video to reduce false positives from deep learning models<li> <li>Training deep learning models on large datasets<li> <li>Optimizing deep learning models to fit in small edge device footprint without sacrificing performance<li> <li>Managing and directing data annotation teams<li> <li>Exploring cutting edge supervised and unsupervised techniques for building our next level perception stack<li> <li>Designing new application architectures to solve new customer problems<li> <li>Building new testing environments based on recent Arxiv papers with a focus on delivery speed<li> <li>Evaluating and testing state of the art human pose model architectures<li> <li>Reviewing team code and enforcing engineering best practices during the review process<li> <li>Mentoring junior engineers on computer science and computer vision topics<li> <ul><p><b>Requirements<b> <p><ul><li>Experience with robotics and computer vision algorithms ex frame transformations camera calibration optical flow etc<li> <li>5+ years of experience with C++ and Python in a LinuxUnix environment<li> <li>5+ years of experience training and deploying machine learning models<li> <li>Well versed in stateoftheart Deep Learning techniques<li> <li>Have experience with concurrent programming including CPU multithreading thread pooling scheduling realtime threads amp Familiarity with CUDA or GPU programming eg OpenCL or GPGPU<li> <li>Familiarity with training and deploying popular deep learning models like RetinaNet YOLOv8 and EfficientNet using PyTorch<li> <li>A background in research and complex problem solving <li> <li>Display excellent communication skills and ability to operate in fast paced ambiguous environments<li> <li>Be highly effective with time management and remote work communications<li> <li>Be passionate about AI and is ready to take risks in a startup environment <li> <ul><p> <p><p>Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between $170000 and $190000 and may be modified This will vary based on various factors including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process In addition to base salary your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits<p> <p> <p> <p>Invisible AI is an equal opportunity employer We do not discriminate based on age ethnicity gender nationality religious belief or sexual orientation<p> <p> <p> <p><p>
