Key responsibilities include creating the strategy for implementation services, partnering with the Global Services organization for up-skilling and cross-training, and ensuring Partner success with the connected experience. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting, software service delivery, account management, customer success, or related fields. Preferred qualifications include experience with data integration, integration technology, and understanding of API design philosophy/patterns.
