AR invoice and credit memo approvals client payment applications and preparation of aging reports with client past due notices<li> <li>Confirming all GL entries have the correct department line of business and other necessary tags <li> <li>Reconciling passthrough spend of clients against prebills for different media spend<li> <li>Responsible for journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations such as cash prepaids accruals and deferrals<li> <li>Confirming proper internal controls are established and followed to maintain the accuracy of financial reporting<li> <li>Supervise a team of junior accountants to ensure accuracy while developing growth and maintaining an exciting work culture<li> <li>Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants and submit all documents in support of annual audit procedures<li> <li>Operating as a trusted business partner and provide excellent levels of service across the organization<li> <li>Proactively maintain a thorough understanding of new and proposed accounting standards and their impact on the organization<li> <li>Leading and participating in ad hoc projects <li> <li>Developing and improving existing policies and procedures to create more efficient processes across the department<li> <ul><p><b>You Must Have<b> <p><ul><li>Bachelors degree BABS with a focus in Accounting or Finance<li> <li>At least six 6 years of General Ledger accounting experience<li> <li>At least four 4 years of managerial experience<li> <li>Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP and strong Excel and Google Sheets skills<li> <li>Proficient knowledge of GAAP and recent accounting trends<li> <li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects<li> <li>Strong operational experience with a focus on process improvement and
