Qualifications
MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (MTQs): All applicants must submit a written narrative addressing each MTQ separately, not to exceed one (1) page per MTQ. You must fully address each MTQ to be rated for further consideration. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to grade level GS-15. Specialized experience is defined as the demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position, including progressively broad and complex experience directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) below.
All applicants are required to address each of the MTQ statements. Your responses must demonstrate possession of these qualifications, and be supported by your resume. Please provide thorough examples that are clear, concise, and emphasize your level of responsibility, scope and complexity of programs managed, program accomplishments, policy initiatives undertaken, and level of contacts. You will not be considered for this position if you fail to submit qualification statements specifically addressing each MTQ requirement. Failure to meet any of the MTQs will eliminate you from further consideration. Each narrative must not exceed one pages per MTQ.
Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs):
MTQ1 - Demonstrated experience with federal or private sector single family real estate and mortgage lending programs.
MTQ2 - Demonstrated experience collaborating internally as an employee in single-family real estate and mortgage lending federal agencies or private companies to develop and administer policies and procedures to effectively implement programmatic initiatives.
MTQ3 - Demonstrated skill in interacting effectively with the single family real estate and mortgage
lending industry officials in local and state governments, federal government agencies, and with private interest groups.
Time-in-grade requirements do not apply to SL positions. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

Depending on your position, you may also be required to file a confidential financial disclosure report (OGE Form 450) within 30 days of your appointment.
