Inpatient Rheumatology Physician - Southeast Florida - Ft Lauderdale Market - PSLF

- Opportunity for a BE/BC Rheumatologist -Opportunity to be join an experienced team that consists of allergists/immunologists and pediatric rheumatologists. - Work with related subspecialties including orthopedics and hematology/oncology, as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation. - Candidate will be responsible for establishing and participating in a dedicated inpatient adult rheumatology service -Outpatient responsibilities initially focused on hospital follow-ups w/ future plans of implementing additional outpatient clinics for new and returning patients. - Opportunity to develop sub-specialty clinics including connective tissue disease, vasculitis myositis, inflammatory arthritis, fibromyalgia and regional and complex pain syndromes based on experience and interest -The position entails shared responsibilities for evening and night call under the direction of the division chief, with a rotating weekend call schedule. - Full-time hospital-employed position - Competitive benefits and compensation packages commensurate with training and experience. - Occurence based professional malpractice provided - Qualifies forPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) -Florida has no income tax -South Florida offers endless recreational, athletic, shopping, educational, and cultural amenities.
