• Physician-friendly and collaborative team with access to all subspecialists
• 5 days on/9 days off - Monday through Friday with no weekends and no holidays
• Group averaging around 75 RVU's/day per provider

Compensation and Benefits:
• 2nd Shift = proven earning potential of $900k working less than half the year
• Initial guarantee of $575k "just to get some number under you" while getting ramped up
