The 340B Account Executive will oversee the administration and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring that the program is effectively managed in accordance with federal regulations and organizational policies. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including pharmacy, finance, and compliance, to optimize the benefits of the 340B program for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managing client relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who participate in the 340B program. This includes understanding their needs, addressing any concerns or issues, and providing exceptional

Ensuring program compliance: You will play a crucial role in ensuring that your clients are in compliance with the guidelines and requirements of the 340B program. This includes monitoring eligibility criteria, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular audits
- Providing program guidance and support: You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering guidance and support on program implementation, optimization, and best practices. This may involve educating clients on program rules, assisting with program enrollment, and helping them navigate any program changes.
- Collaborating with internal teams: You will work closely with internal teams, such as sales, implementation, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to your clients. This may involve coordinating product demonstrations, resolving issues, and providing feedback for product improvement.
- Conducting data analysis and reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing program data, identifying trends, and preparing reports for clients. This may include monitoring program performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and presenting findings to clients to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing contract negotiations: You may be involved in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are aligned with the client's needs and program requirements. This may include pricing discussions, service level agreements, and contract renewals.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulations: It will be important for you to stay informed about the latest industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to the 340B program. This will enable you to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your clients.
- Upselling. Responsible for providing and selling additional contract pharmacies to clients.

Professional Qualities

Preferred Experience
|

Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or program management, preferably with a focus on 340B.
- Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance issues, and pharmacy operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using relevant software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
