The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Software Product Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading product requirement analysis for healthcare analytic solutions for HIS products and customers. Working closely with both business and technical teams on solutions.
• Implementing published product requirement artifacts, product feature technical analysis, and business value metrics.
• Determining the artifact design of product technical requirements and what stakeholder teams to engage. The correct data to analyze in support of feature requests.
• Supporting multiple product lines and development teams for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with business teams to articulate clear requirements and feature roadmaps for our data driven products. Providing the engineering teams with the needed information to accurately and effectively build solutions.
• Creating detailed product feature documentation, dependable change control processes, and actionable plans to support features being implemented by product development teams.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

-OR-

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the software industry

• Two (2) years of experience with product requirement analysis and documentation
• Two (2) years working in an agile development environment
• Three (3) years of experience in data analysis with SQL for RDMBS and data driven products

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Commercial software development experience
• Amazon Web Services Analysis Tools (ex. Glue, DynamoDB, Athena, SageMaker) experience
• Data Modeling experience
• Python and/or Java experience
• Healthcare data formats: HL7, FHIR, Claims and Clinical Data ex

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
