You'll have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team. FACILITY: Baptist Health Floyd We Offer: Care Team Model Top of Market Base Salary $230K - $246K $60K Sign-On bonus for 3 Yr commitment: You can receive a $60K sign-on up front OR you can have it rolled into your salary for the first 3 years.
