**Urban Family Medicine Physicians opening in WI** **Located in Northeastern part of Wisconsin** **Accepts H1 Visa** **Full Time positions available** Job Description Medical Group, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a Family Medicine Physician for our Urban Family Medicine Clinics in Northern Wisconsin. This position allows one to enter a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality-driven provider team. Practice Locations Available: - Family Medicine - Appleton - Family Medicine - Neenah - Family Medicine - Menasha - Family Medicine - Oshkosh Position Details: May vary slightly per location Full Time 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) or 36 patient contact hours (4 ½ days per week) Call is 1:11 weekends; and 1 weekday every third week. Medical Group On Call: a nurse triage service that screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call physician. The hospitalist team manages all inpatient admissions. The physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive, and innovative medical staff, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and Registration support. The physician will work in a setting where growth and change are encouraged and expected. As part of Groups delivery model, providers will offer same-day appointments and a plan of care for the patient before they leave their appointment. Patients will know their lab results during their visit. The team includes dedicated physicians and passionate APCs. Various onsite services depend on the location Offer Details: Income Details: Employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a 4 or 4 1/2 day work week. After two years, physician moves to an incentive compensation plan. There is an option to go on the compensation plan if the physician meets financial and quality targets. Signing Bonus!
