Position Details: Full-Time: 36 patient contact hours per week APC role will consist of a combination of clinic and hospital rounding with a majority of time spent in the clinic. APC will see general cardiology, structural and interventional patients. No nights or holidays; Weekend rotation is no more than 1:6 Primary work location is Appleton & Neenah facilities and 1-2 outreach locations, 1-2 times per week. The Cardiology service area includes, Appleton, Neenah, Waupaca, Shawano, Berlin, New London. Epic EMR is utilized throughout the system.
