Internal Medicine opportunity in Lawrenceville, Georgia Located 30 miles from Atlanta, GA Full-time, permanent This opportunity is limited to primary care doctors who seek full-time work in a very successful physician-managed group offering top compensation. Designed for physicians who want to make a long-term commitment and earn top compensation Supervising physicians: Dr. Shah and Dr. Raju Practice Information: Servicing metro Atlanta since 1983 16 primary care physicians + 5 primary care nurse practitioners Physician-led practice prioritizing its doctors Clinics welcome both scheduled and walk-in patients Main office is well-equipped with lab, PT, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and full cardiac testing Low IT burden for physicians, time to focus on patients (patients over paperwork) Easy access to specialists and imaging with direct scheduling in the office Area has top schools, beautiful parks, 45 minutes from Atlanta airport Schedule/Hours: Physicians generally work between 35 to 43 hours per week (including Saturday hours/documentation/administrative work) and can expect to see 20 to 25 patients per day once established Clinic hours: Monday through Friday 9 AM-6 PM (with 1 hr lunch break from 1-2 PM) Saturday 10 AM-4 PM Sunday 10 AM-2 PM Minimum of one weekend per month for top compensation offer (preferably 2 alternating Saturdays / month) Compensation/Benefits: Full-time schedule starting salary is >$230-$260k (higher base for experienced candidates) + comprehensive benefits (including 401k) Physicians base + productivity starting second year with a minimum production requirement Established physicians earn over the 75 percentile MGMA Profit sharing opportunities Additional Information: - Specialty: Internal Medicine - Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia - Contact: Jeremy Baldi About the Company: Archway Physician Recruitment is a national contingency placement firm assisting hospitals and medical groups with their placement needs.
