**Residency Program Director Opening in Indiana, PA** Pittsburgh PA 55m * Full-time * Seeking a Psychiatry Residency Program Director. * The candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience and board certification. Prior experience running a residency training program in psychiatry is desired. * Medical Center is constructing a state-of-the-art facility to be completed by December 2024 with an eight-bed adolescent unit, 24 bed adult unit and 12 bed geropsychiatry unit. * Candidate will be involved with the development, implementation, and oversight of our new psychiatric residency training program of 4 residents. * The position will be a combination of administrative and clinical duties, including predominantly outpatient as well as inpatient or a combination of both. * Weekday call is currently being handled. * Weekend call will be estimated to be 1:8. * The Department is involved in teaching family practice residents, medical students, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and social work interns. * An ECT program will be added. **Compensation & Benefits** * Highly competitive compensation based on experience. * Malpractice Insurance * Licensure Repayment * CME Allowance * Health Insurance including HSA * Relocation Assistance * Educational Loan Reimbursement * Sign-on Bonus * Physician led and governed * Marketing and practice growth assistance The Borough of Indiana, Pennsylvania is located in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, just one hour east of Pittsburgh.
